About Us

The company was established in 2005, by Andy Burtenshaw, choosing to wait until fully qualified to City & Guilds standards of installation, design and inspection and testing, before working in the industry. We offer complete electrical services - from new construction and design/build to maintenance and service for commercial, industrial, agricultural, horticultural and residential.
We are a manned by a single mature, trustworthy and competent electrician who is qualified to 17th Edition of the electrical regulations and assessed by NAPIT as competent for the purposes of Part P, Building Regulations.  This means we are able to self certificate all works to which Part P, Building Regulations apply (kitchens, bathroom and outdoor).  We have a framework of other fully qualified electricians to call upon, should the need arise.  No job is too big or too small, and the same professional attitude applies to all jobs.

Andy Burtenshaw is the lead electrician and tester at our company since 2005.  After qualification, he was employed as a part-time tutor in the electrical department of Guildford College of Further Education for over a year.  During this time, he taught qualified electricians the methods of Inspection and Testing and also brought them up to date on the Electrical Regulations to 17th Edition.  His students results were far above the National Average for these courses.

Andy has been employed as an assessor on behalf of one of the Government authorised bodies, carrying out extensive assessments of companies looking to achieve accreditation for the installation of renewable energy technologies.
